What Are Anger problems?

Anger is a natural emotion that is expressed by everyone. While mild forms of anger can be dealt with through a healthy response, uncontrollable anger can sometimes impair our judgement and thinking and make us more likely to make irrational decisions. This can lead to serious problems in relationships, at work, physical health, insomnia, hypertension, quality of life, emotional and mental problems like depression, alcohol abuse or substance abuse. If you think you may be experiencing anger problems, talk to us. Our psychologists can provide the necessary treatment to help you manage your anger in a healthy manner.
