What Is Video Counselling?

Psychology at Spectrum Therapy

Sometimes, face to face counselling may not be convenient or practical for you, or you might simply just prefer to talk to a counsellor from the comfort of your home. With this in mind, Spectrum Therapy offer Video Counselling as a great alternative to face to face sessions.

Video counselling offers increased flexibility, is more convenient, and is widely accessible. Through our safe and secure online software, video sessions are accessible from even the most remote locations and can save time and money associated with travel. Video sessions can be accessed through a computer, mobile or tablet and can be carried out from the comfort of the own home or office. Just as in face to face counselling, video counselling gives you and your therapist the ability to see each other throughout the session, helping to build a strong, trusting and supportive counselling relationship.

Our Video Counselling portal is fully secure, uses SSL certificates and is completely HIPAA compliant meeting the highest standard of sensitive data protection.
